I have read in the article that someone already saw this guy before but he’s really hard to be caught. Please if someone knows where he is, immediately call the police station. Let’s help one another so no one else will be harmed with this person.

I don’t know why this kind of person can do such thing, maybe he was also scammed by someone before that’s why he’s doing also this kind of scam?
